As a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker and Yoga Teacher, I am committed to holistic wellness and encourage mental health within individuals, families, organizations, and communities. With a Master\'s in Social Work in advanced clinical specialization from Loma Linda University, I am on the path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), focusing on integrating mind-body practices into therapeutic settings.I prioritize integrative, trauma-informed approaches to ensure comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of my clients. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to make informed decisions about their well-being.In my practice, I incorporate awareness, lightheartedness, creativity, and collective action to foster resilience and personal growth. I utilize evidence-based interventions—including mindfulness-based practices, therapeutic yoga, trauma-focused therapy, play therapy, solution-focused approaches, psychodynamic techniques, and cognitive-behavioral therapy—to facilitate strength-based transformation.I’m currently working in a psychiatric hospital and expanding my clinical skills through supervision and mentorship as I work towards my LCSW licensure.
