About Greta Panova
Doing research in theoretical mathematics.My research is in the area of Algebraic Combinatorics with applications to probability/statistical mechanics and complexity theory. Also working with a group of molecular biologists (PI Stoyno Stoynov) to help analyze protein behavior. Apart from my academic research, my interests and experiences revolve also around the application of mathematical skills in diverse fields- signal processing and programming as part of my Electrical Engineering and Computer Science experience at MIT- quantitative finance at two internships- modeling biological systems in a research at the Systems Biology Department at Harvard and as a teaching fellow for the course \"Differential equations for the Life Sciences\"Specialties: mathematics, quantitative analysis, modeling, quantitative finance, programming, signal processing and time series analysis
