Hello and welcome to my profile!During my nine-plus years at Decathlon, I\'ve had the privilege of experiencing our company from nearly every angle: from direct customer interaction in retail, managing a store and opening a new country to finding the best future leaders for our team. While every step has been valuable, in my current global role for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), I finally feel like I\'ve truly \"arrived.\"Why? Because here, I can combine my professional skills with my deepest personal conviction: that diverse and inclusive teams are not just more equitable, but also more innovative and successful. My experience across different business areas allows me to see inclusion not as an isolated HR topic, but as an integral part of the entire corporate culture.My key focus areas include: Spearheading the global EDGE Certification across 23 countries, making Decathlon the first sports retail group worldwide to achieve this distinction. Developing and implementing global DEI strategies. Fostering an inclusive leadership culture. Advising leaders on topics like unconscious bias and change management.I firmly believe that the workplace should be a space where every individual can reach their full potential.
