About Greta Frattalone
I am a recent college graduate with a B.S. in Human Resource Development, and a minor in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. I’m excited to be starting my next chapter as a master’s student in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HRIR), fall of 2025. I am currently building hands-on experience in Human Resources at Caribou Coffee as an HR Intern. In this role, I collaborate cross-functionally to drive HR strategies that improve retention, clarify internal career paths, and support talent development across teams. Whether it\'s rethinking onboarding processes or designing tools that help employees see their next step, I love contributing to work that makes a real impact. I believe that this position will better equip me with skills to excel in my master’s program. As well as provide me with the experience to become a better HR professional.
