ABOUT GRETA CASCETTA

I am a passionate and driven scientist with a strong foundation in Biology, having earned my Bachelor\'s degree from the University of Perugia, followed by a Master\'s in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Pavia with top grade. During my Master\'s thesis internship, I discovered my true calling for research, which led me to pursue a PhD in Biomolecular Sciences and Biotechnology.During my PhD I had the opportunity to explore in-vivo pre-clinical studies and since then my research journey has been shaped by a deep desire to bridge the gap between laboratory science and clinical application, with a strong focus on patient-oriented research. This vision has recently been realized as I joined the National Cancer Institute of Milan as a Healthcare Researcher, with the goal of improving patient outcomes.Over the years, I have honed my ability to work independently, but I also understand that true results come from collaboration. I value teamwork and I am always eager to exchange ideas and knowledge with colleagues. In addition to my scientific background, I am driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on healthcare and contribute to improving patients\' lives through cutting-edge research.
