In close coordination with the CoM, acting as main point of contact and liaison with the Department of Justice of the Government of Ireland and relevant stakeholders in relation to Immigration, Visa and Legal Identity and Border and Identity Solutions activities.• Management of the “Registration of Ukrainian Nationals and TCNs entering Ireland” Project in support of the Department of Justice of the Government of Ireland, according to the implementation of the Temporary Protection Directive (TPD), based on the Council Decision (EU) 2022/382 of 04.03.22 within the meaning of Article 5 of Directive 2001/55/EC.• Direct supervision and technical guidance to 30 staff in 5 teams (1 Air BCP, 1 Sea BCP and 3 Registration Centres), deployed in support of DOJ and Border Management Unit (BMU) in the TPD registration procedures and border controls.• Development and management of the “Cultural Mediation support to IPO” Project. Recruitment, training and direct supervision of 20 personnel in support of the International Protection Office in Dublin for the assessment of the International Protection applications. • Support to Embassies for their consular services at the IOM Dublin Office’s premises.• UNDSS Security Focal Point for IOM Ireland and Alternate Security Focal Point for Ireland (in coord. With UNHCR). Coordination with UNDSS for the implementation of the Safety and Security measures in the Mission.
