Current role My role as senior project manager is to oversee MEP construction projects from pre construction phase, through to construction, commissioning and handover. I work alongside, whilst leading the project team and relevant support functions to ensure the delivery of projects in line with agreed quality and commercial plans, and achieve targets within relevant timescales and cost constraints. I am responsible for delivering and presenting monthly reports / metrics both internally and externally, developing relationships with our customers and clients.Key achievements Supervisory role on a number of projects covering commercial, leisure & educational. In 2001 became a senior site supervisor, responsible for running the construction side of a number of medium sized projects, after which I spent a number of years gaining experience through the different elements of engineering developing various skills in planning / estimating & commercial aspects before progressing through to Project Engineer, then to Project Manager responsible for the delivery of a number of large sized commercial projects. My current role is senior project manager currently working on one of the largest projects in the north west.Relevant experience I have delivered a number of projects through from pre-construction stage to practical completion managing all aspects of the project such as Health & Safety / Planning / Design / Procurement / Commercial / Delivery / Labour & Commissioning.
