About Greg Zegas
I deploy capital to accelerate clean energy and climatetech projects. I am building the Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF), an institution operating as Nevada\'s green bank.During my MBA/MS in Environment studies at Stanford, I focused on carbon dioxide removal, utility scale renewable energy project development, climatetech entrepreneurship, and sustainable finance. Prior to Stanford, I managed a portfolio of climate finance projects on the Eco Banking Department of a Mongolian commercial bank (XacBank) recognized globally for its sustainable finance achievements. In my free time, I led a for-profit social enterprise focused on air pollution education and air purifier affordability. Before Mongolia, I gained energy sector expertise as an Energy & Utilities consultant at PA Consulting Group.
