ABOUT GREG WOODBURN

I believe relationships are life’s greatest gift—and we honor all the people who have generously given us opportunities through service. For me, service is about creating impact through cross-sector partnerships, interdisciplinary skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. My 15+ years of experience leading various impact initiatives and strategic partnerships positions me to build alignment, provide strengths-based coaching, and drive results among teams contributing towards shared goals. As an early employee and now a director at UpMetrics, I help mission-driven organizations measure, communicate, and grow their impact.Prior to UpMetrics, I built expertise in bridging the philanthropic, nonprofit, business, and government sectors focused on both early childhood education and sports-based youth development at the Clinton Global Initiative, Right To Play, and USC Athletics. I also founded the nonprofit organization Give Running—bringing together and building up young people, Olympians, and community partners across six continents.A \"Double Trojan,\" I earned both my BA and MBA with honors from the University of Southern California, and walked on the USC Men’s Track & Field Team for four years to be elected distance team captain as a senior. My chief purpose and joy in life is being a dad and husband. Along with family time, I enjoy running, writing, and painting (see my header image as an example of my work).
