I’m a research leader with 20 years experience helping businesses truly understand their customers to make evidence-based decisions. I’ve worked internationally across the UK and Australia, leading research programs that have significantly influenced marketing, product, and business strategy. For the past eight years, I’ve built and led research teams at some of the worlds largest online property listings platforms Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au – delivering insight programs that drive serious value. Beyond property, I’ve worked across most industries and extensively in Finance, FMCG, Beauty and Luxury Goods developing and leading 100+ research projects, managing significant budgets. Right now, I’m finding ways to increase commercial value through the application of proven behavioural science principles. I continue to love using ethnography and cultural foresight to add meaning and understanding to the business challenge.
