As a partner in Gunderson\'s New York office, I work with tech and life science companies as well as many leading investors in the venture world. After starting my career in Silicon Valley, I brought some West Coast DNA to the New York market in 2011 and have been fortunate to be part of such an amazing and growing community. I serve as the head of the firm\'s corporate group, along with numerous other firm leadership roles.My practice is focused on working with entrepreneurs to form their businesses, counsel them through equity and debt financings, and act as a trusted advisor on corporate governance and securities law matters. I pride myself on being a practical voice for founders and management teams. I also have extensive experience navigating issues faced by later-stage private companies, such as scaling their businesses, organizing secondary liquidity opportunities, and preparing for and executing mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.My investor-side clients include prominent venture and growth funds based in New York and California, as well as hedge funds active in the emerging company space.
