Led the complete visual rebrand of Emergency Assistance Foundation and secondary brands - including logo design, typography, color palette, creation of brand guidelines, stock imagery and video selections, templates.Designed, built and launched a brand new client portal - including consumer UX survey, wireframes, content/resource curation, forum setup, and Wordpress build - and executed a coordinated launch plan to build engagement.Implemented new social media strategy for the foundation, incorporating a strategic monthly calendar that incorporates engaging infographics, real grant recipient testimonials/stories, relevant trending events and seasonal content. Boosted organic followers by 341% and increased overall engagement by 1,175% within the first year.Ongoing creation of EAF marketing material across all mediums, including: corporate websites, sales and marketing sheets/brochures, videos, client/prospect presentations, infographics, consumer user guides, reports, brand templates, tradeshow/event collateral, email marketing communications and internal communications.Creative direction for EAF’s 10-Year anniversary celebration - including the design of our landmark industry report, integrated marketing campaign that included social media campaign, live panel and email blasts.
