When colleges and universities are supported by the right systems, they can focus more on students, faculty, and staff and less on navigating complexity.I’ve spent more than 20 years in higher education, and a big part of my work has been helping institutions get the most out of Workday. Over the years, I’ve led high-performing teams, simplified complicated processes, and delivered large, visible projects that make everyday work smoother and more effective.I work closely with institutions as they implement and optimize Workday, making sure the technology fits their mission, culture, and long-term goals. I’m known for being collaborative, practical, and steady under pressure. I bring deep Workday experience to every project I join, always with the goal of making things better for the people who use the system every day.
