I’m available for Non-Executive Director (NED) and board advisory roles across the private and public sectors, bringing board-level experience in user-centred service design, customer and user research, and operational and logistical transformation—with a strong focus on inclusive access for all users. I support businesses, public sector organisations, and charities aligned with my sector expertise and interests, offering strategic guidance that bridges user needs with organisational performance and delivery. Prior to establishing my consulting practice, I held senior leadership roles including Head of User Experience Research & Design (Europe and Global Cross-Border Marketplace Experiences) at eBay, and Global Director of User Research at LBi (now Digitas/Publicis Sapient). I led large-scale research programmes for multinational brands, embedded user-centred cultures, and delivered measurable business impact. My service design perspective combines deep expertise in user experience with a foundation in operations modelling and improvement, logistics, supply chain management, and business process design. This includes experience with DHL, Toyota UK (JIT, Kanban, sequencing), and Unipart (Lean processes), alongside work with the former Disability Rights Commission. This combination enables me to support boards and leadership teams in shaping solutions that are not only user-centred, but also grounded in the organisational and system-level change required to deliver sustainable, inclusive outcomes at scale.
