Fleet Resource Manager for our Frito-Lay division, I implement and monitor the fleet maintenance process and promote strategies that support OTR delivery operations and maximize fleet performance.* Responsible for the day to day activity of our Shop Maintenance Technicians, tractor and trailer asset availability, safety, training, staffing, shop efficiency; I both facilitate and influence cross-functional teams.* Promoting positive communication, I am responsible for Technician engagement, implementing SMILES program, asset planning, fuel conservation, vendor relations, vehicle mechanical safety, productivity, environmental concerns, financial performance and Sarbanes Oxley controls.
