In 2017, I was appointed as the Human Resources Director for IM Flash (an Intel & Micron Joint Venture) and I am responsible for delivering strategic human resources, workforce development program management and business solutions for over 1,700 personnel at IM Flash. Over the past 12 months, I have been leading the transition program for Micron’s full acquisition of IM Flash effective 31 October 2019. I have expertise in managing complex projects while managing a broad range of HR functional disciplines including: I also oversee and manage contracts for an onsite medical clinic, an onsite state-of-the art gym facility, and I’m responsible for diversity, inclusion and belonging programs, employee resource groups, wellness programs and events. ⌦ ABOUT IM FLASH: At IM Flash we\'re making memory that\'s changing the world and enriching lives.
