Understand client’s needs and co-develop the framework for solution offering and project approach - Contribute in staff hiring and performance management for operation’s employees which includes; Strategists, UX/UI Designers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Project Managers, where applicable - Work with Project Managers to assist in project organization - getting and/or keeping projects on-track, scheduling, and monitoring and reporting on project progress to involved parties
