Responsible for managing smooth and efficient production by planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods. Develop and manage production/inventory plans to support both material and finished goods requirementsCoordinate with Purchasing for the availability of raw materials.Coordinate material movement between vendors, the warehouse, and the production floorCommunicate production schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders.Release production orders based on material requirements planning and coordinate the flow of material throughout the production cycle.Collaborate with production supervisors and workers to ensure that production activities are completed on time and within budget.Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.Resolve production issues related to on-time delivery, quality, and scrap.Resolve production problems, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues.Function in a precise, professional, and responsive manner with a focus on mutual resolution.
