I lead the cross-functional effort that built and now enhances this integrated ecosystem (intranet, mobile, email, digital signage) to scale connectivity and productivity for our global workforce- Pioneering Data-Driven Internal Communications: I steer our internal communication strategy with an integrated analytics and reporting dashboard I set up, translating real-time data into measurable performance gains. This data-driven model enables my team and me to continuously optimize our content and channels to outperform both internal and industry benchmarks- Steering Our Narrative: I serve as strategic counsel to executive leadership, representing the employee perspective and orchestrating communication campaigns that guide the firm through critical initiatives such as new AI policies and organizational changes. I ensure clarity and drive adoption during pivotal moments, a capability I established while building a best-in-class internal communications function from the ground up.
