As a Senior Interaction Designer I\'m responsible for designing customer and colleague facing web products for 4 of the best known financial brands in the UK.(Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, MBNA)• Deliver UI/UX implementations, working closely with UX designers, product owner, copywriters and developers. • Work with product managers and stakeholders, gathering business requirements to understand product goals, client and user needs• Work with the creative leads to define the visual treatments, aligning with brand requirements, best practises and accessibility and vulnerability guidance. • Research• Produce interactive prototypes (InVision)• Conduct stakeholder meetings• Work hand-in-hand with product development teams, leading them through UI and UX initiatives and implementations and make sure the output quality meets standards• Work within an agile software development process (scrum, daily stand-ups, 2-week sprint cycle)
