I’m an SVP of Product Management at SheerID, and I’ve spent 15+ years helping teams build high-volume B2B SaaS products through rigorous customer discovery, testing, and clear prioritization. I’ve led product teams at SheerID, Urban Airship, Yesmail, and Jive Software.Outside of work, I host the Powerful Introvert podcast and newsletter, where I help quiet professionals and product leaders grow visibility, confidence, and leadership impact — without burning out or pretending to be extroverted.Right now, I’m also doing a small set of 20-minute research conversations with thoughtful/quiet professionals (ICs and new managers).
