I am a Master of Accountancy student at the University of Florida and an incoming Audit Intern at PwC in New York. My experience in audit, financial analysis, and risk assessment has prepared me to navigate complex financial reporting and compliance challenges. At PwC, I will assist in financial statement audits by analyzing client data, testing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Previously, I worked as a Finance Resident at Roc Nation, where I processed over contracts for professional athletes and musicians and managed financial invoicing for 200+ accounts. These experiences strengthened my ability to analyze financial data, identify key insights, and collaborate effectively in high-pressure environments. In addition to my accounting background, I have developed strong analytical skills through my involvement in investment clubs and coursework in financial modeling. I am actively working towards my CPA certification and have completed multiple certifications in Excel, financial statement analysis, and business risk assessment. My long-term goal is to apply my financial expertise to real estate investment, leveraging my knowledge of valuation, risk assessment, and capital allocation to identify high-yield opportunities. I am particularly interested in multifamily and commercial properties and have been actively researching market trends, financing strategies, and asset management best practices.
