Prepared pro-forma financial statements and worked with lenders to raise additional $1.25M for acquisition- Raised capital from multiple sources including Private Placement Memorandum and private equity financings. Collaborated with investment bankers to raise funding through various debt instruments including convertible debt- Collaborated closely with HR overseeing payroll as well as hiring, firing, and terminations. Reviewed development of employee handbook, researched insurance companies, and negotiated benefits- Modernized technology processes implementing new revenue recognition system to accurately and consistently record transactions and ensure financial statements reflect true state of the business.
