About Gregory Marchal
Greg is a senior research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. He will be completing an MSc in Public Policy and Administration at the London School of Economics during the 20••••26 academic year. After this, he will attend Stanford Law School, pursuing a JD as part of the class of 2029. He aims to pursue a career focused on combating economic inequality through politics and public service. Greg graduated from Michigan State University in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in economics, along with minors in math and data analytics. In 2021, he was selected as a Truman Scholar in recognition of his commitment to public service and leadership. Greg has interned with the President’s Council of Economic Advisers, the American Enterprise Institute, and the Irish Federal Government’s Department of Housing. An avid soccer fan, he coached and tutored for the Open Goal Project in Washington, DC, a nonprofit providing free competitive soccer for low-income youth. He also volunteered as a soccer coach for refugee youth in Lansing, MI, during his time in college. A proud Wyoming native and French dual citizen, Greg’s passion for skiing earned him an Avalanche One certification and a feature on the Arapahoe Basin ski resort’s social media.
