Paris - Boston - 150 People - Team: up to 8 people (incl 1 in the US)Member of the Exec team, reporting to the CEO and Founder.As a code security platform, we enable security teams with automated vulnerability detection and remediation.Leading the full HR scope for France and the US, with the team we have implemented multiple projects focused on improving performance and efficiency. I set up a standardized interview framework, optimized existing tools, processes, and reporting, and created talent acquisition and HR dashboards as KPIs. Additionally, I implemented a new People Performance review framework, including budget management, 9-Box, and calibration reviews. I developed training on management, cognitive biases, and cross-cultural communication, and managed the opening of the Boston office. I optimized processes to ensure simplicity and compliance, introduced a new onboarding process and pre-onboarding initiatives, and served as an HRBP for engineering, sales, and ExCom members.
