About Greg Kelly

Greg has over 30 years’ experience conducting scientific research and directing large, complex research support programs. He has conducted and managed research in the fields of molecular biology and toxicology at government-sponsored laboratories and universities, and in private industry.In addition to his professional activities Greg serves as Chairman of the Board for Building STEPS a Baltimore based non profit supplementing students’ classroom learning, exposes bright, under served high school students to science and technology-based careers, and helps them excel in these fields where minorities are overwhelmingly under represented. Greg also serves as a Vice President of the Greater Baltimore Council, Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors. He received a bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh, cum laude, and a PhD in Biochemistry from Purdue University.Specialties: Research Management;Molecular Genetics;Preclinical Toxicology
