About Greg Hagin
Greg serves as Managing Partner at CCS, the leading strategic consulting and fundraising management firm to mission-driven organizations worldwide. A member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and co-chair of its Finance Committee, Greg plays a central role in advancing CCS’s vision, stewarding its growth, and ensuring excellence across employee experience, client partnerships, industry leadership, and financial performance. He leads the Atlantic Region, including Philadelphia, Baltimore, DC, and Miami offices as well as Latin America & Caribbean markets. Previously, Greg oversaw CCS’s Analytics, Systems & Change Management practices and co-chaired the Innovation Committee of the Board. He also founded the firm’s footprint in Australia and grew its presence in Asia.Greg brings nearly 25 years of global fundraising and philanthropic experience to his leadership role. He has advised hundreds of executive leaders, philanthropic partnerships and development initiatives that have raised collectively over $10 billion to advance many of the most important causes of our time. He is the co-author of AI in Fundraising, contributing to the industry’s evolving understanding of technology’s role in philanthropy.His career began in international sports broadcasting with NBC Olympics, ABC Sports, and the FIFA World Cup, which shaped his appreciation for high performance, complex operations, and storytelling that inspires people to action. Those early lessons continue to influence the way he leads CCS teams and shows up for many of the world’s most respected institutions, including national and networked nonprofits.Personally committed to philanthropic impact and civic engagement, Greg serves on the boards of the Satell Institute and the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Development Council for the U.S. Soccer Federation. He is a former board member at Fairmount Park Conservancy and past board President of Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia.Greg lectures at the University of Pennsylvania, advises mission-driven ventures, and invests in start-ups with strong social-impact potential. Greg was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and honored as one of the city’s “Most Admired CEOs.” He has been an active member of YPO locally and globally since 2023.Greg earned his MBA from the Wharton School and his BA from Boston College. He has visited, studied, and worked in more than 50 countries across all seven continents.
