ABOUT GREGORY FORRESTER

I have a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Naval Academy, and I am a certified Project Manager by Smartsheet. I have extensive experience in leading and developing teams, applying agile and waterfall project management methodologies, and implementing process improvement through the theory of constraints. I am also a Marine Corps Veteran and a member of a local Rugby Football Club.In my career so far post military, I have overseen the performance and execution of all integrated end to end digital functions in support of company functions. I have managed a Project Management Office as well as teams that have executed IT, Field Data Services, Data Analytics, and Software Development operations. I also have 2 years of experience developing Web Applications using Angular and NodeJs.I am passionate about technology, psychology, neuroscience, and mental health, and I am always looking to learn and grow. I believe in building systems around my teams that focus on people, process, and culture, and empower them with information, resources, authority, and accountability. I also value intentional actions and purposeful reflection, and strive to achieve a rapid learning velocity and adaptability. I want to continue to apply my skills and knowledge to problems that help people and create lasting change for both individuals and communities.
