Over 20 years of senior executive experience leading complex and diverse organizations ranging from 250 to over personnel culminating as the Director Air Warfare, OPNAV N98. Experienced strategic and contingency planner, partnership builder and risk manager. Exceptional organizational and people strengths. He commanded VFA-115, VFA-122, CARRIER AIR WING ELEVEN, the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC), CARRIER STRIKE GROUP ELEVEN in USS NIMITZ, and was Chief Naval Aviation Training (CNATRA). That service included 8 overseas deployments; 4300 flight hours, qualified in the A-6E as a Bombardier/Navigator and the F/A-18C/E/F; 1046 arrested landings; with two tours in the Pentagon in Navy requirements.
