   Chrome Core Infra / Chrome Developer Infra- Led development of key components for a 200+ developer org\'s new flagship developer tool. Tech lead for 6 developers worldwide, resulting in on-time rollout, favorable user reviews, and rapid adoption- Self developed and rolled out a service to monitor and flag persistent infra and test problems for the fleet of Chrome\'s CI workflows, allowing teams to ignore flakes, see signals through noise, and improve code- Independently proposed, designed, and implemented (in several weeks) a tool improvement cutting debug/edit/test cycles for ~20 engineers from minutes to seconds- Contributed to a novel test selection algorithm and enabled our CI to use it. The algorithm caught 95% of bad patches and cut total testing time by 40%, cutting our infra cost by the same amount- Led a 2-person project to assign ownership to hundreds of unowned CI workflows across the organization- Interviewed hundreds of software engineering candidates, including senior engineers. Identified strong hires- Maintained machine capacity, configs, glue code, and analytics dashboards to enable engineers to test code daily. Stayed within our correctness and speed SLOs with few hiccups for my entire 5+ year tenure. The system supports a daily volume of hundreds of billions of test runs.
