About Gregory Friedman

GREGORY FRIEDMAN is one of the co-founders of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a Baltimore-based brokerage and investment partnership, and has practiced commercial brokerage since 1994. Greg began his career as a broker at Miller Corporate Real Estate, where he became the top producer in this twenty person firm by 1996. He became a partner in 1998, and remained so until the sale of the company to Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2003.Greg began his investing career as a minority partner in various building partnerships in the Baltimore area in 1996. He typically held small minority stakes while focusing on his brokerage career. In 2006, the portfolio was sold for just over and Greg began investing as the lead partner alongside his brokerage partner, Michael Bender. In 2006, Greg founded GMRA Equities to be his acquisition vehicle for commercial properties. The first major acquisition was a sq. ft. warehouse building in Baltimore which was quickly resold for a significant profit. Since that time, Mike and Greg have purchased various properties, with most of the growth of the organization occurring since 2013. Since 2013, Greg has made completed over of transactions as a principal. Property types have included office buildings, warehouses, and retail strip centers, and areas have stretched from Colorado to Wisconsin to Florida. Greg is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and has a master\'s degree in Finance from Loyola University. A native of Baltimore, he has been involved in several community organizations, including board positions at The Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore and The Children\'s Home. Greg is married and parent to two children. When not working, Greg is an avid skier, and also enjoys basketball and cycling.
