About Greg Davies
There\'s no thesis to my professional life. There\'s no neatly packaged way to summarize my business philosophy or my career trajectory.I went to theater school where I learned how to work with others to find creative solutions to problems. When I hit the work force I started as a freelancer and learned the importance of saying no, and yes, and I learned it all the hard way. After leaving theater, I worked for three start-ups and learned how to navigate the business world. Incidentally, I found a whole host of new teams to work with on finding creative solutions to new problems. When I left Chicago, I learned how to network and make professional connections without the benefit of a social safety network.The result? I work hard. I play well with others. The results are usually good. When they\'re not, I do my best to learn from them.

That means improving the tools and workflows our teams use, making sure our deliverables are clear and useful for clients, and helping the company make smart decisions about what to build, change, or stop doing. A lot of my time is spent connecting dots between the field, production, and leadership so we’re improving things in practical ways that hold up at scale.
