I\'ve started my career in 2009 in the early stage of a French HR start up (Multiposting) as Account Executive and then as VP Sales leading a team of Business Developers. I contributed to the company’s Cloud revenue growth until its acquisition by SAP in 2015. After joining SAP, I served as HCM Solution Advisor Expert, bringing my HR technology expertise to shape, define and accelerate Key Strategic Deals in EMEA. Since 2020, I am in charge of Strategic Programs in our Global HCM Strategy & Innovation Office and more recently in our Global Value Advisory Organization. My focus is to bring Sales and Value Advisory teams the methodologies, content and tools that drive great customer experiences and differentiate SAP SuccessFactors as the partner of choice for our customers. Outside of work, I love spending some time with my family, playing electric guitar, trail running and I\'m also keen on exploring blockchain technology.
