I’m Gregory Dalietos, a sophomore at Fordham University pursuing a double major in History and Music. While serving as the Business Manager of the Mimes, our student theatre organization, my academic and leadership experiences have centered on the management and sustainability of the arts, ensuring that creative vision is supported by strong financial planning and organizational structure. Overseeing large budgets has strengthened my skills in fiscal responsibility, strategic allocation, and collaborative decision-making within a theatre setting.As a Resident Assistant, I am committed to cultivating community, accountability, and personal growth among my peers. This role has refined my leadership style, crisis management abilities, and interpersonal communication skills. In addition, my work in IT Services has developed my technical problem-solving skills and adaptability, while my experience in restaurant service has sharpened my professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to hospitality.Together, these academic and professional experiences reflect my broader interest in arts management and institutional leadership.
