I am fortunate to have this rare opportunity to build the Water Resources Management service at UNC Charlotte from almost the beginning. I am the asset manager for the sanitary sewer, potable water, reclaimed water, and stormwater systems on campus. I work with other to set the design and construction standards, manage permitting, address campus needs, respond to emergencies, manage repair and replacement, and other task. Beginning in 2023 I will be managing other engineers who\'s responsibility will be more focused. While addressing the immediate needs, I also embrace opportunities to forge new relationship and partnerships within the University and outside the University. This role allows me the opportunity to innovate and create systems that can be used by other small municipalities and towns with limited resources.
