I have always believed that to grow, one must face and overcome challenges. I have over 20 years of expatriate experience between Australia, Dubai (UAE), and the Philippines. I have built efficient teams, streamlined businesses and executed strategic planning to address global influences. Having a strong background in integrated business processes combined with ERP systems, I adopt Systems Leadership principles as a management style.My previous roles have all involved international travel. This included deploying CTRM systems across multiple sites in the Metals and Mining Industry and before that, running an SAP consultancy with projects throughout Asia Pacific.I have a passion for getting companies to integrate technology to drive performance and results.
