ABOUT GREG WEBSTER
As LHSC’s Deputy Corporate Planning Officer, and executive leadership team member, Greg is responsible for integrated corporate planning that enables evidence-based decisions in service of LHSC\'s mission. Collaborating across the organization, he ensures all corporate planning is aligned to LHSC’s Strategic and Master plans, provides the greatest long-term value, and supports the needs of Team LHSC and our ability to provide the highest quality of care. Provides executive leadership for LHSC\'s corporate budgeting and forecasting, decision support and data analytics, and health information teams. LHSC has an annual operating budget of $1.4 billion, patient beds and team members.Has also served as a Senior Leadership Team member with CIHI as a national and influential senior health information leader with deep expertise using data, analytics and evidence in priority clinical and policy areas to advance health system performance and transformation, value-based care and population health. Strong and proven ability to collaboratively mobilize resources; lead complex operations and business development; and advance data and analytics strategies.
