after the decision n to leave my position at Charleston my wife and I decided to move from west virginal to Washington state to closer to family and gain support for us during this extensive post stroke recovery process I must stat that have managed many la4rge turnaround efforts over my career in technology. we completed the move a couple of weeks ago, so besides doing therapy i\'m trying to clean up from moving night mare and find all the tools I had on my home computer I think my wife and I know that early retirement is not a long-term state for mr but it does give me time to reflect on the importance of things in my life. I am going to overcome the few movement items left and I\'ll be very happy to express my thankfulness as I will not allow this small step backwards to define who or what I\'m going to be or do the current improvement rates I would expect to begin looing for an opportunity to make a difference somewhere in health care or maybe start a business of my own, good luck to you all getting through the changes to healthcare I must say I have no issue sitting out t5hr icd-10 changes or the meaningful use stages. remember its not about the technology but it is about change and with all this data what competitive advance can your give your health system shoe can the data be leveraged to reduce cost and empty waiting areas just watch TV commercials they should give you many ideas for innovation and customer service. in a lagging economy customers just want good customer services, do what you promise, it it goes badly make it right and never forget to communicate
