For over twenty years, I have provided forensic, dispute, valuation, and intellectual property consulting services across the U.S, U.K, and Europe. Before Grassi, I worked at boutique, regional, and national firms, including Deloitte LLP in London. I serve as an expert witness in complex commercial litigation, specializing in intellectual property, commercial damages, and valuation. I’ve evaluated damages and testified in cases involving patent, trademark, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and the value of intellectual property and businesses. In addition to litigation support, I value intellectual property and public and privately held businesses for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, taxation, and estate planning.
