About Gregory Teresi

I am a trial attorney who focuses my practice on criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. I have handled all aspects of criminal and civil litigation including motion and trial practice and has successfully litigated cases in Federal Court and New York State. At Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes, P.C. we serve injured clients in the areas of Motor Vehicle Accidents, Construction Site Accidents, General Negligence, Premises Liability and Wrongful Death. At BPSR we also represent individuals and corporations in all areas of State and Federal Criminal Defense, Government Investigations, and DWI. Given our trial experience, we also handle civil cases including contract litigation, zoning and planning litigation, matrimonial disputes, real estate law and small claims matters. I was admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. While in law school, I focused my studies on trial tactics. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Associations, on the Board of Trustee’s for the Addiction Care Center of Albany, the Board of Directors for the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the Warren County Bar Association.Oddly enough, I also am a partner in two business ventures known as Capital City Cycle Tours and Tiki Tours handling business development and government relations.
