About Gregory Tate

I graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management. I started at Kutztown University as a Business Management Major where later in my college career picked up Marketing as another focus of study, making me a dual major graduate. I started my career with Carlisle Construction Materials as a summer intern in plant 4 where I worked on various manufacturing lines. Shortly after graduating from Kutztown University, I was hired to become a Field Service Representative in the Northern VA, DC, Maryland area. Once the Training Center opened up in 2018, I became one of the Technical Trainers in Carlisle where we teach contractors how to install single ply systems per Carlisle/Versico specification and detail. 2023 I have recently become the National Technical Training Manager, where I will oversee all Contractor based training in Carlisle and our 5 other remote locations. Outside of my career, I am the assistant HS wrestling coach for Carlisle High School which I have developed a great passion for and is a great hobby of mine. I have now been coaching 10 plus years.
