Together, we aim to eliminate poverty one career at a time while enhancing our venues’ reputation as premier meeting and event spaces.Key priorities in this role include- Leading the overall success and operational excellence of the Anderson Conference Center and future venues- Collaborating with Helms College to develop vibrant learning environments at Edgar\'s Hospitality Group venues- Partnering with the Augusta EHG team to grow the Masters Tournament hospitality business- Ensuring profitable performance through consistent revenue growth- Building and strengthening partnerships with the local business community and organizations- Growing our sales and marketing efforts regionally and nationally to increase event bookings and revenue- Enhancing brand awareness by sharing the Goodwill-Helms College story to inspire philanthropy- Conducting venue tours and securing large or new business opportunities- Supporting the professional development of staff through training and retention efforts- Ensuring clear and timely communication with clients throughout the event planning and execution process- Participating in regular sales review meetings to refine strategies and respond swiftly to customer needs- Work closely with all Goodwill departments (EHG, Marketing, Finance, Loss Prevention, Facilities, Retail, etc.) to ensure an effective coordination of operations and services to customers.
