Currently support the leased and tenanted part of the business providing support to the Publicans and Operation teams covering the North East regions. The role includes project management, Capital repairs, general maintenance and statutory compliancy.• Proposal and management of pub fit out – spend between 20 – 200k - completed 12 refurbishments in 2019/20 including 14 external rebranding -project netting average return of 31 % • Co-ordination and proposal of all capital projects include management for new signage schemes / roofing works, heating replacement or refurbs works including all fixtures and fitting.• Management of schedule of condition / proposed letting works and termination dilapidation schedule – including general surveying duty including annual inspection all in accordance with Pubs code • Procurement of FFE and all equipment required to support refurbishment• Management of suppliers SLA and KPI\'s including professional team including designers, lawyers, planners, consultants• Management of reactive contractors ensuring standards and quality of work including reviewing and negotiating quote
