Gregory Perez is the Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Operations at H.I.G. Capital, where he is responsible for establishing and leading the firm’s Investment Operations function. Over his 11-year tenure at Blackstone, Gregory held several finance and accounting roles, including helping to establish and lead the Investment Operations function, a specialized middle office supporting investment and capital markets teams.Earlier in his career, Gregory held roles at J.P. Morgan in the Private Equity & Real Estate Services Group and at SS & C Technologies as a private equity fund accountant.
