I am a bilingual (English/French) customer care professional with experience operating in a regulated insurance environment, where clear communication, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.In my current role at Definity Financial Corporation, I serve as a frontline point of contact for clients, managing high-volume telephone and email inquiries in both official languages. I take end-to-end ownership of client files, ensuring issues are resolved in accordance with established policies, service standards, and compliance requirements. My work involves translating complex coverage and procedural information into clear, accessible guidance, supporting informed decision-making by diverse stakeholders.Beyond client engagement, I support operational effectiveness through accurate data collection, system documentation, and spreadsheet-based reporting. Working in a fast-paced environment has strengthened my ability to think critically under pressure, balance competing priorities, and maintain professionalism in high-stakes interactions.My academic background in Political Science and Public Relations, combined with my professional experience in a rules-based institutional setting, has shaped a growing interest in public policy, international law, and governance.
