In 2008, the MDL litigation resulted in a $4.85 billion settlement.He represents plaintiffs in such areas as product liability, personal injury and wrongful death. His achievements include a record setting $35 million pretrial settlement on behalf of a 12-year-old brain damaged Palmdale girl. He also represented hundreds of plaintiffs who were injured by a widely used drug. The nationwide litigation settled for $68 million.In 2010, Greg was successful in obtaining an unprecedented $12.5 million verdict for the firm\'s elderly client who was sexually assaulted by an employee at her retirement home. Greg also represented Denise Herron in Herron v. Nederlander Greek, Inc.
