Development, creation and rollout of a comprehensive \'Leadership Academy\' structure to run programmes at the appropriate level to support technical and soft skills against company competencies. Working with external partners to provide competency based learning solutions.\\\\n\\\\nCreation of competencies to allow all job roles and levels in the organsiation to have clear development plans calibrated alongside development programs.\\\\n\\\\nSupporting our Microsoft Gold Level partnership and the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative through our Partner Network Certification Programme which incentivises, supports and rewards our analyst/engineer/advisor population on their professional exams through a structured and engaging method. Management of a technical LMS to support the certification programme for all traning and learning material to be sited in a streamlined area, to increase the success rate of passing examinations.\\\\n\\\\nPartnering with the first Microsoft Cyberschool in EMEA to qualify individuals in our business with Microsoft certifcations and expereinces, alongside a practical approach with their roles, attending both face to face and virtual classroom sessions.\\\\n\\\\nManagement of a pilot scheme for Linkedin Learning to provide online catelogue for self learning calibrated alongside learning needs analysis from the business to support a learning culture.\\\\n\\\\nDelivery of engaging Diversity & Inclusion classroom sessions for all colleagues allowing a safe environment to discuss, share and learn on how to make an impact on our inclusive culture.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
