About Gregory Nadal
I served over a decade as a Naval Flight Officer in the EA-18G Growler, leading combat missions, instructing junior aviators, and managing key programs across operational and training commands. Those experiences shaped my ability to lead teams under pressure and solve complex challenges with clarity and focus. Earning my MBA from UW Foster I focused on expanding my business acumen to complement my operational background. I now support the warfighter in a new capacity as a Business Development Associate in RTX\'s Leadership Development Program. I continue flying as a Naval Reserve Aviator, keeping my perspective sharp and connected to the needs of today’s fleet.
