Manage Custom Border Patrol (CBP) Allotment plan.Management and analyze frequency resources to plan and implement spectrum assignments for the Digital In Place (DIP) program to support District Field Offices and Field Agents of CBP. Project Manager for Joint Wireless Program Management Office Radio Frequency (RF) Land Mobile Tower (LMR) Consolidation Project in the State of Florida at Department of Homeland Security Headquarters in support of Customer Border Patrol. Responsible for Narrowbanding of 258 RF Repeater Systems for Custom Border Patrol and Immigration Customs Enforcement for the entire State of Florida to meet the NTIA Narrowband Mandate. Perform Spectrum Analysis on systems requiring the use of Spectrum for Testing of experimental stems by other Agencies outside of DHS during their request for Temporary Assignments. Perform Engineer analysis on DHS RF Systems to ensure they are utilized in the proper frequency bands and ensure no harmful interference occurs to DHS Spectrum as well as preventing DHS Systems from causing Harmful Interference to other Agencies Spectrum.
