Led a global team of over 2,700 employees, managing FIS’ key risks, including cybersecurity, operations, credit, compliance, regulatory, corporate responsibility, business continuity, crisis management, third-party, and fraud across its banking, payments, and capital markets segments.In addition to overseeing enterprise risk, played a key role in launching and growing commercial businesses built on internal FIS risk program capabilities, such as cybersecurity-as-a-service, vendor risk management-as-a-service, and a commercial fraud-fusion program with Visa. Also led FIS\' multi-billion-dollar Procurement, Global Real Estate, and Facilities functions.Pioneered FIS’ corporate responsibility program, leading to a 2021 recognition in IR Magazine and a 2022 Newsweek ranking as of one of America’s Most Responsible Companies.After retiring from FIS, stepped down from the Boards of the Internet Security Alliance and the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) Sheltered Harbor Group, following 8 and 6 years of service, respectively. In 2023, contributed the incident response section to the NACD Board Handbook on Cyber-Risk Oversight and participated in the World Economic Forum’s 2021 Insight Report on Principles for Board Governance of Cyber Risk.Prior to FIS, spent 25 years in leadership roles at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Bank of America, PayPal, Lloyds Banking Group, Deloitte Consulting, and JP Morgan Chase.
